Collibri and Diamant machines for binding sewn book blocks along with pressing, gluing in endpapers and inserting textblocks. Additionally it automatically inserts up to 3 ribbons (trimmings) at the same time, an action usually done manually. It is possible to bind thin book blocks - from 2 to 80 mm. Possibility of binding album type book albums (with thick sheets - for children's books). Possibility of verifying whether the position of the book block is correct with the use of an optical control system. The production line includes a gluing machine for preparing book blocks in two-shot technology. Measuring table for measuring blocks and automatic machine setting.
